Matthew previously worked on a Disney XD show, Star vs. the Forces of Evil and on Pinky Malinky, a Nicktoon that aired in 2019 (show originally made from Cartoon Network Studios in Europe). He had also graduated from CalArts, and art school where most of the networks (notably Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, and Disney) original series were influenced by.
